Master of Science in Nutrition Scholarship
Purpose:
The Fund is established to provide scholarships to students admitted and enrolled in the Master of Science in Nutrition (MSN) courses offered by the University’s Department of Nutrition.
Criteria:
- Be meeting the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements and cannot be in default or owe any refund/repayment of federal, state or institutional aid
- Have financial need as determined by FAFSA and the University’s Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships
- Have a declared major in Master of Science in Nutrition (MSN)
- Have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Be making reasonable progress in the MSN program as determined by the Department of Nutrition
- Be enrolled in a minimum of three MSN graduate credits
- Respond to supplemental essay questions as required by the Department. The Department reserves the right to modify these questions at its discretion
