Stephen & Ruth Jordan Leadership Endowed Scholarship
Purpose
To provide a one-year, merit-based scholarship to an accomplished student in the Urban Leadership Program and/or a member of an intercollegiate athletics team who has demonstrated inspirational leadership and contributed significantly to the MSU Denver community and the broader Denver metro community and beyond. The recipient will have demonstrated the following attributes of quality leadership on a sustained basis: effective communication, teamwork, initiative, commitment and perseverance along with other personal skills that have contributed to their impact as a leader.
Criteria
• Have 90 or more credit hours and will be attending MSU Denver for at least one full academic year
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2
• Have demonstrated effective communication, teamwork, initiative, commitment and perseverance along with other personal skills that have contributed to their impact as a leader
