Glenn and Lori Morris Endowed Scholarship

Purpose:
The Fund is established to provide scholarships to students who have a declared major in Human Performance and Sport Department as it is the Donors’ desire to help students complete their education at the university and achieve their career goals. With this fund, the donors wish to honor and recognize the many contributions Glenn has made in the department of Human Performance and Sport over many years of service as a faculty member.

Criteria:
• Be meeting the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements and cannot be in default or owe any refund/repayment of federal, state or institutional aid
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Have a declared major in Human Performance and Sport at the University
• Complete the University Scholarship Application.
• Applicants must upload a statement of no more than 500 words addressing his or her goals and how the scholarship will help to achieve them.
• Recipients may be full-time (12 or more credit hours) or part-time (6-11 credit hours) during the semester the scholarship is received.

There is a preference for the recipients to be sophomores or juniors.
This scholarship is available to DACA/ASSET/Dreamer students.
The scholarship will be awarded entirely in the fall semester.
