Thomas & Beatrice Taplin Scholarship

Purpose:
The Thomas & Beatrice Taplin Scholarship will assist deserving students at MSU Denver.

Criteria:
• Must start with incoming freshman and follow the same student for 4 years, through the student’s senior year
• Incoming freshmen must have a minimum high school GPA of at least 3.0 and this must be maintained every semester the scholarship is received
• No preference for a specific major/field of study
• Prefer recipients be from “the inner city of Denver”, may be ASSET.
• Preference for Colorado residents
• Must be taking a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester and be likely to graduate in four years
