Mosaic Annual Scholarship

Purpose:
The Fund is established to provide scholarships to minority students on their Metropolitan State University of Denver educational journey.

Criteria:
The scholarship recipient shall:
• Meet the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements and cannot be in default or owe any refund/repayment of federal, state or institutional aid.
• Have financial need as determined by FAFSA/CASFA and the University’s Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships
• Be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at the time the scholarship is received
• Have declared major

Preference is for minority students of color who identify as Black, African American, Native American, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian.
Preference is to support one student through graduation.
The scholarship is renewable for multiple semesters (contingent on available funds), but students must re-apply for the scholarship each academic year.
DACA/ASSET students are eligible to apply. International students are not eligible.
