Zarlengo Foundation Endowed Scholarship

Purpose:
To provide financial assistance to a college student who struggles with a learning disability.

Criteria:
• Be registered with the Metropolitan State University of Denver Access Center for Disability Accommodations and Adaptive Technology
• Have completed at least one semester at MSU Denver
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
• Be registered for a minimum of 6 credit hours during the semesters the scholarship is received
• Be a Colorado resident
• Financial need may be a consideration. Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the Metropolitan State University of Denver Office of Financial Aid.
• Applicants must submit 3 letters of recommendation dated within the last 12 months.
• At least one recommendation letter must be written by an MSU Denver professor or staff member. (Selection Committee members are not eligible to write recommendation letters.)

The scholarship will be automatically renewable for up to 4 years if eligibility is maintained (contingent on available funds).
