Beverly Christiansen Fernald Endowed Scholarship

Purpose:
This scholarship is being established in honor of Beverly Christiansen Fernald, voice instructor at Metro State College. L.Decker Dawson wishes to show his appreciation for the tremendous influence that Beverly has on his daughter Mary’s career and life. Mary Dawson is a December 2001 graduate, majoring in Music Performance, with an emphasis on voice.

Criteria:
• Must be dedicated to the pursuit of classical voice training,
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA,
• Must be a music performance major.
• A voice performance audition is required.
