Purpose:
The Fund is established to provide scholarships to students in the University’s School of Hospitality in honor of Professor Jackson Lamb, beloved instructor of restaurant management at MSU Denver.
In his nearly 20 years at MSU Denver, Professor Lamb has taught with enormous enthusiasm and passion, educating future generations of culinary arts and hospitality-management professionals.
