Education Solutions Endowed Scholarship

Purpose:
The Fund is established to provide annual distributions to two associated payout accounts as described below:

A. Education Solutions Endowed Program (EDU09) is established to support the operations of OES.
B. Education Solutions Endowed Scholarship (EDU73) is established to provide scholarships to students enrolled in component programs of the OES.

The University’s Office of Education Solutions works with the Colorado community to enhance teacher preparedness and create healthy learning environments for children. OES is focused on finding solutions to issues that plague schools and providing the expertise, resources and support that is needed to move the needle in resolving some of the most persistent challenges facing PreK-12 children, families, schools, and education providers.

Criteria:
The scholarship criteria is:
• Be meeting the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements and cannot be in default or owe any refund/repayment of federal, state or institutional aid
• Have financial need as determined by FAFSA / CASFA and the University’s Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a School of Education teacher preparation program
• Be enrolled in six or more credit hours
