Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI):
• Recipients of the Fund’s scholarship (each, a “Recipient”) are eligible for a 1:1 matching contribution from the Foundation’s various Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative Funds (SH163, SH167).
• In order to obtain COSI matching contributions, Recipient(s) must agree to and participate in wraparound services, maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 and be a Colorado Resident. If Recipient(s) do not meet the COSI criteria, then they will still receive the Gates Corporation Scholarship, but they will not receive the COSI matching award.
Scholarship is not renewable.
The Foundation shall award each student as close to a $5,000.00 scholarship as possible per academic year, considering administrative expenses.
Recipients will have the opportunity to participate in internships and other opportunities with Gates Corporation.
