Selfridge-Kalal Hospitality Scholarship

Purpose:
The Fund is established to provide scholarships to students in the University’s School of Hospitality.

Gretchen Selfridge spent 23 successful years at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Because she is so passionate about food, nutrition, and service and having spent her entire career in the hospitality business, she would like to provide a yearly scholarship for student(s) in the School of Hospitality.

Criteria:
The scholarship recipient shall:
• Be meeting the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements and cannot be in default or owe any refund/repayment of federal, state or institutional aid.
• Have financial need as determined by FAFSA/CASFA and the University’s Office Financial Aid and Scholarships
• Have a major within the University’s School of Hospitality
• Be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours)
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Be an undergraduate student

The scholarship is available to DACA/Dreamers, International, and other Undocumented students

The scholarship is not renewable
