J. & D. Memorial Annual Scholarship

Purpose
To assist students to achieve their goal of university education by providing financial support for 3 years, from sophomore to graduate. The donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, worked for 35 years in the Jefferson County school system. She understands the value and importance of education and wishes to assist MSU Denver students by reducing their educational debt and encouraging their ability to explore and excel on their journey to earning their degrees.

Criteria
• The scholarship is designed to help sophomore through senior years, for a maximum of 3 years. Initially, sophomore students should have 30-33 hours completed.
• The Donor wishes to support students who will complete 30 credit hours per academic year.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2
• Be a Colorado resident
• Complete the MSU Denver Scholarship Application
• Must fully participate in the C2Hub Scholarship Program
ASSET/CASFA students are eligible

The scholarship award will be split between fall and spring, but students may take summer classes if desired. The scholarship will not be renewed if the student has not completed 30 credit hours at the end of the summer.
