SNEA / Colorado Education Association @ MSU Denver Endowed Scholarship

Purpose
The SNEA / Colorado Education Association @ MSU Denver Endowed Scholarship Fund is established to provide financial support to any prospective student teacher seeking licensure at Metropolitan State University of Denver. The student may be seeking a degree or licensure.

Criteria
• Be a member of SNEA / CEA @ MSU Denver for at least the semester before the scholarship is awarded
• Have a 3.0 cumulative GPA for licensure sequence course
• Be student teaching during the semester(s) the scholarship is received
• Have demonstrated classroom teaching ability based on clinical evaluations or letters of recommendation from clinical personnel

Preference is given to SNEA / CEA @ MSU Denver members with special consideration for officers of SNEA/ CEA @ MSU Denver.
Verification of membership should accompany the scholarship application.
Applicants must submit a letter of application indicating why they need and want this scholarship and how they are qualified.
